1. Private Company – R125
   • This is for a basic Pty (Ltd) setup, the go-to for many entrepreneurs.
2. Non-Profit Company – R475
   • Whether it’s a charity, community project, or another non-profit venture, expect to pay R475 if you’re setting up without members.
3. Non-Profit with Members – R475

4. Company Registration with a Name Reservation – R175
