Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of EmailPros services, including domain registration, email hosting, web hosting, and website design services. By purchasing any package or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

EmailPros provides domain registration, professional email hosting, web hosting, and website design services as described in our packages. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Payment & Billing

All packages are billed annually (once per year). Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

• Payment is due upon sign-up or renewal.
• Accepted payment methods include EFT/bank transfer and card payments.
• Services will be activated upon receipt of payment.
• No refunds will be issued for partial use of annual services.

4. Domain Registration

Domains are registered on your behalf and in your name. You are the legal owner of the domain.

• Domain availability is checked in real-time but cannot be guaranteed until registration is complete.
• Domain transfers to other registrars are supported upon request.
• Domains must be renewed annually to remain active.

5. Email & Hosting

Email and hosting services are provided as part of your chosen package:

• Storage limits apply as specified in your package.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for spam or illegal activities.
• Daily backups are provided but we recommend maintaining your own copies of critical data.
• Uptime target is 99.9% but is not guaranteed.

6. Website Design

For packages that include website design:

• Websites are designed based on information provided by the client.
• Minor content changes are included. Major redesigns may incur additional fees.
• Website content must comply with South African law.
• Images and content provided by the client remain the client's property.

7. Renewal & Cancellation

• Renewal reminders are sent 30 and 14 days before expiry.
• Failure to renew will result in suspension and eventual deletion of services.
• A grace period of 14 days is provided after expiry before data is deleted.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via support ticket or email.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, distributing malware, sending spam, hosting illegal content, or any activity that negatively impacts other users on shared infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

EmailPros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss, downtime, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
