Everything Included With Your Business Email
Email, hosting, domains and websites. Here is what each part does and why it matters for your business.
Professional email
Branded email addresses
Use addresses like info@yourbusiness.co.za or sales@yourbusiness.co.za. Customers trust a branded address far more than a free Gmail account. We set up the mailboxes and hand you the login details.
Works on every device
Your inbox syncs across your phone, tablet and computer. It works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail app, Thunderbird or any email app, plus webmail in any browser.
Spam and virus filtering
Incoming mail is scanned on the server before it reaches your inbox. Phishing, malware attachments and bulk spam are caught automatically.
Webmail anywhere
Open a browser, go to your webmail address and log in. Nothing to install, which is handy when you travel or use a shared computer.
Hosting and security
Fast South African servers
Hosting runs on SSD and NVMe drives in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Storage ranges from 1GB on Starter to 120GB on Enterprise.
Free SSL certificate
Every domain gets an SSL certificate at no extra cost. It adds the padlock in the browser and encrypts your data.
Daily off-site backups
Your website and email are copied to a separate server every day. If something is lost, we restore it from a recent backup.
cPanel access
Included on Enterprise and available on request. cPanel gives you direct control of files, email accounts, DNS and resources.
Domains
Free domain registration
Every package includes one .co.za or .com domain for the first year. Choose .co.za for a South African audience or .com for international reach.
DNS managed for you
We set up MX records for email, A records for your website and SPF and DKIM records so your mail is trusted and does not land in spam.
Renewal reminders
We remind you before your domain expires. Domains that lapse can be registered by someone else, so timely renewal protects your brand.
Websites (Business packages and up)
Mobile-friendly design
Every website works on phones, tablets and desktops, which matters in South Africa where most people browse on mobile data.
WhatsApp button
Visitors can message your business on WhatsApp with one tap.
Google Maps and contact form
Show your location and receive enquiries straight into your new business inbox.
