Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services sold on emailpros.co.za by Mansa Digital (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2021/957904/07), trading as EmailPros ("we", "us"). By placing an order you ("the client") accept these terms.

1. Services

We register domain names, provide email hosting and, on selected packages, design and host a website. The features of each package are listed on the Packages page at the time of your order.

2. Orders and activation

Your order is processed once payment reflects in our account. We aim to register your domain and create your email accounts within 3 working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, excluding public holidays). Domain registration depends on the domain still being available and on the registry, which is outside our control. If your chosen domain is no longer available we will contact you to choose another.

3. Payment and renewal

• Packages are billed annually in advance. Prices are quoted in South African Rand.
• We send a renewal invoice before the end of each 12-month period. Services not renewed may be suspended after the due date, and a domain that is not renewed may be released by the registry and registered by someone else.
• Prices may change on renewal. We will tell you about any change before your renewal date.

4. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may cancel within 7 days of activation and receive a full refund of the package price. Refunds are paid to the account or card you paid from within 10 working days.

5. Domain ownership

Domains are registered with your details as the registrant. You may transfer your domain to another provider at any time once your account is paid up.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to distribute malware, to host illegal content or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend any account that harms our servers, our reputation or other clients, and we will try to contact you first.

7. Storage, backups and availability

Each package has a storage limit. When a mailbox is full it cannot receive new mail. We take daily backups as a courtesy, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, for example during load shedding affecting third parties, network outages or scheduled maintenance.

8. Websites

For packages that include a website, you must supply your text, logo and images, or approve the content we prepare. Minor updates are included; larger changes or extra pages are quoted separately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost business.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
