Mansa Digital (Pty) Ltd, trading as EmailPros, respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the domain you register and the email addresses you ask us to create.
- Support and contact messages: the details you enter in our forms.
- Payment information: card and Instant EFT payments are processed by PayFast. We never see or store your card details. We receive confirmation of the payment and a payment reference.
- Technical data: your IP address, recorded with orders and form submissions to prevent fraud and spam, and standard server logs.
Why we use it
- To register your domain (registries require registrant details by law).
- To create and manage your email and hosting account.
- To send you login details, invoices, renewal reminders and service notices.
- To answer your questions and support requests.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to deliver the service: the domain registry and registrar, our hosting data centres in South Africa, and PayFast for payments. Each is required to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a client and for the period tax law requires afterwards (currently five years). Contact form messages are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@emailpros.co.za with the subject "POPIA request". If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to work, such as a session cookie for the admin area. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
Our site and mail servers use SSL encryption, and access to client data is limited to staff who need it to provide the service.
