Package Questions
Is the domain really free?
Yes. Every package includes registration of one .co.za or .com domain for the first 12 months. You only pay the package price.
Do I pay monthly?
No. All packages are billed once a year. There are no monthly debit orders and no hidden fees.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you need more email addresses, more storage or a website, open a support ticket and we upgrade your package. You only pay the difference.
How do I pay?
When you place your order we email you an invoice straight away, and you can download it on the spot. Pay it by EFT into our FNB business account using your order number as the reference, then send the proof of payment to support@emailpros.co.za. Your emails are ready within 3 working hours after payment reflects.
What does renewal cost?
Renewal is charged per year for the package you are on. We send reminders before your renewal date so nothing expires by accident.
